Human resources outsourcing

Recruitment, employment contracts, payroll, tax filings, benefits and leave administered end to end by our HR and accounting teams. Candidates are sourced and screened locally, contracts are drawn under Turkish labour law, and monthly payroll, social security and tax obligations are filed on your behalf with full documentation.

Distributorship

We take your product to the Turkish market as your distributor: import, customs clearance, warehousing, channel sales and after-sales support. Pricing, positioning and dealer selection are agreed with you; stock, invoicing and returns run through our books, and you get the same reporting on sell-through and coverage as every other model here.

What exactly is an Employer of Record?

An Employer of Record is the legal employer of your staff in a country where you have no entity. Charisma holds the employment contract and carries responsibility for payroll, tax, benefits and compliance, while you direct the day-to-day work.

Do we need to establish a company in Türkiye?

No. That is the point of the model. You can test commercial activity in a new market without the cost, delay and risk of full company formation, and incorporate later if the market proves out.

Which regions do you cover?

Türkiye, the Middle East and Europe. Our head office is in İstanbul, and we provide human resources management in every region where we do business.

Which languages do your data programmes support?

We run production programmes in Turkish, German, Arabic and Persian, covering audio transcription and decoding, map data and image annotation.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is agreed in writing before work begins. There are no extra or hidden fees, and the scope of what is included is set out in the agreement.

Who supports the employees day to day?
